Payment by bank transfer must be arranged when booking the appointment. Cancellation of an appointment must be with not less than 24 hours notice. I reserve the right to charge the full amount for a missed appointment – or with cancellation with less than 24 hour notice. You may be asked to pay in advance for any further appointments or we reserve the right to refuse to book another appointment.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers for treatment are always available and can be purchased at treatment centres or paid for by bank transfer by prior arrangement. Gift vouchers can also be used for training courses with me.

Gift vouchers can be sent to you direct or can be sent directly to the recipient with a suitable gift card.

EMERGENCY REQUESTS

Please note that it may be possible to see clients at short notice if there is an emergency situation when pain relief is needed and cannot wait until the next available appointment.

There will be an additional charge for this service – approximately £10 – call out fee.

THERAPY AT ANY OTHER LOCATION

Therapy carried out at home or in the work place will need to be discussed individually. Travel time and mileage will need to be agreed. Location will need to be appropriate with adequate space and privacy. Access to the property will be important as some of the equipment needed can be heavy to lift.

Each request will be considered carefully – please do not be upset if I cannot meet your specific requirements – I may be able to suggest an alternative.
